Educational Video

For my informational video, I decided to do a spinoff of something I was already working on for my job. In this video, I explain what I enjoy most about being a part of the Instructional Design team at Broward College. From my credits page, you will note that approximately half of my photos came from Broward College, while the other half were sourced from Unsplash. I chose the pictures based on my script to show visuals of my words. The music I used was from Incompetech, and was chosen especially as a hopeful and professional background for my video. When moving from one idea to another, I used a dissolve transition. When showing different examples of the same idea, I used a slide or circle-wipe transition. I used a third transition type of chopping in to the next photo to show different aspects of the same subject at the end. The two additional video effects I used were editing the first photo to include a title and color out unneeded portions of the picture, and using a splitting tool to break up my recorded audio to fit the video. I hope you catch some of the levity I tried to incorporate!
